1) Timeframes
- Ready-to-eat food: due to food safety, returns are not accepted once delivered.
- Damaged, missing, or wrong items: report within 2 hours of delivery with photos or details. We will remake the order or provide a refund/credit.
- Cancellations: you can cancel before preparation begins. After preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply.
2) Eligible Refund Cases
- Wrong order delivered.
- Missing items.
- Significant delays.
- Poor quality not as described.
- Damaged food during delivery.
In such cases, we offer: remake, exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
3) Non-Refundable Cases
- Correctly delivered food items after successful delivery.
- Promotional/free items.
- Gift vouchers or discount coupons.
4) Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used. Processing time by banks may take 7–14 business days.
