1) Timeframes

  • Ready-to-eat food: due to food safety, returns are not accepted once delivered.
  • Damaged, missing, or wrong items: report within 2 hours of delivery with photos or details. We will remake the order or provide a refund/credit.
  • Cancellations: you can cancel before preparation begins. After preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply.

2) Eligible Refund Cases

  • Wrong order delivered.
  • Missing items.
  • Significant delays.
  • Poor quality not as described.
  • Damaged food during delivery.

In such cases, we offer: remake, exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

3) Non-Refundable Cases

  • Correctly delivered food items after successful delivery.
  • Promotional/free items.
  • Gift vouchers or discount coupons.

4) Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used. Processing time by banks may take 7–14 business days.
